At Climatix Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our installation services. Please read the following warranty terms carefully.
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty on Parts
All parts used in our installations are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Climatix Solutions is not responsible for the functionality, defects, or failures of any parts provided by the manufacturer. Any claims regarding defective parts must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
2. Installation (Labor) Warranty
We provide a one-month (30-day) labor warranty on our installation services. If any defects related to our installation work arise within this period, clients must report the issue within the warranty timeframe. We will inspect and, if necessary, rectify the installation at no additional labor cost.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for scheduling annual maintenance services to ensure the longevity and efficiency of their system.
- It is not the duty of Climatix Solutions to remind or notify clients about their maintenance schedule.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Our labor warranty does not cover:
- Issues resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors such as power surges, weather conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
- Repairs or replacements of parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Additional work requested by the client outside the original installation scope.
